Checkout

All the items that you have in your shopping cart appear in your order during Checkout. If you do not want to order all the items, simply edit your shopping bag before clicking "Checkout." When you click "Submit Order" we verify your credit card. Your credit card will not be charged until your order is shipped. Your order will not be placed and your credit card will not be charged if you do not click "Order Now."

Canceling an Order

If you would like to cancel or change an order that you've just placed, please call (888) 288-4353 as soon as possible. We'll do everything we can to accommodate your request, however; items that have already shipped cannot be cancelled and must be returned or exchanged.

Please note: if you cancel an item that qualified you for a promotion, you may no longer receive that discount or promotion.

Multiple Shipping Addresses

You can only ship to one address each time you checkout. If you are shopping for people at different addresses, you will need to place each order separately. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Tax policy

  • Tax is based on tax rates for your taxing jurisdiction (derived from the ship-to address being used for your order).
  • Tax is calculated at the unit-level, as some states offer tax exemptions and exceptions for certain apparel items. Some of the items in your order may be taxable and others may be non-taxable. Likewise, some taxable items may be taxed at a different rate than other taxable items in your order.
  • Tax is also applied to the shipping charges associated to the taxable items in your order.
  • If you return an item for a refund, you will also receive a refund for the taxes you paid for that item. You will not receive a refund for the taxes you paid on the shipping of that item, as the shipping charges are nonrefundable once an item has indeed been shipped.

Standard Delivery

Standard orders are processed once credit card authorization and verification have been obtained. Orders shipped via standard delivery typically arrive in four (4) to seven (7) business days (Monday through Friday, not including holidays) for the United States, US Territories and P.O. boxes in Alaska and Hawaii. Please allow up to fourteen (14) business days for shipments to A.P.O. and F.P.O. addresses.

Express Shipping

Orders placed with Express Shipping Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) before 1:00 PM ET / 10:00 AM PT will arrive within 2 business days, pending credit card authorization and verification.

Orders placed with Express Shipping Monday through Friday after 1:00 PM ET / 10:00 AM PT, or on weekends and holidays, will arrive within 3 business days.

Express shipping to Rural Routes and remote locations typically arrive within 3 to 4 business days.

Next Business Day Delivery

If you're trying to estimate when a package will be delivered, consider the following:

  • Express orders placed by 12:00 pm ET will ship the next business day.

U.S. Territories

RespuestasTV ships to the following U.S. territories: American Samoa, Guam, Marianas Islands, Puerto Rico, and U.S. Virgin Islands. Normal standard shipping costs apply for shipments to U.S. territories.

If you have placed an order with RespuestasTV, you can check the current status of your order by clicking on the order status link provided on your order confirmation email, or at the top of your personal account page once you log in to the site.

Tracking Packages

To help you track the status of your shipment, we will include a tracking number (Federal Express or United Parcel Service) or a delivery confirmation number (United States Postal Service) in the shipment notification email.

Returns/Exchanges

These policies pertain to U.S. purchases only.

On returns, we can only credit the credit card used for the original purchase. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the refund credit to appear on your statement.

Return Merchandise Authorization

To receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA), please contact us at (888) 288-4353 or via e-mail email us. Please have your original sales order number (provided in your order confirmation e-mail and with your order shipment) available as this information will be required for your RMA.

Returns With an Original Sales Order

Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment for price paid or merchandise exchange when returned within 90 days of the invoice date. A mail check may be issued when original form of payment is unavailable for credit.

Returns Without an Original Sales Order

Refunds without an original sales order will not be accepted.

AnswersTV's eCommerce processes use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to protect the security of your credit card information as it is transmitted to us.

SSL is the gold standard in Internet encryption technology, which is a fancy way of saying that it's a highly sophisticated method of scrambling data as it travels from your computer to our website's servers.

If someone steals your credit card information or uses your credit card in an unauthorized manner on our site (as determined by your credit card company) - through no fault of your own - we'll cover up to $50 of the charges your credit card company doesn't. What's more, we'll do what we can to make the whole process as hassle-free as can be.

CVV (credit card security code)

In an effort to make your shopping experience as secure as possible, we now require that you to enter your credit card's 3 to 4 digit security code (CVV). Since the code can only be found on the card itself, providing it helps to prevent credit card fraud.

Bank or credit card company liability

Under the Fair Credit Billing Act, your bank or credit card company cannot hold you liable for more than $50 of unauthorized or fraudulent charges on a credit card. Your liability for unauthorized use of a debit card may be higher, but most debit card issuers voluntarily apply the $50 limit to their cards as well. If your bank does hold you liable for any amount up to $50, AnswersTV will cover the liability imposed on you, up to $50. AnswersTV will cover this amount only if the unauthorized use of your credit card occurred at AnswersTV and through no fault of your own.

Remember: If unauthorized use of your credit or debit card does occur, you must notify your card provider, in accordance with the agreement you have with the company.
Your credit card information is secure

To make sure you are accessing our secure server before you submit personal financial information, look at the lower left-hand corner of your browser.
